Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Flip Bucket, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable

    condition to qualify for a full refund.

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or full refund.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items.

  • No restocking fee is charged if the item is being returned due to defects or shipping damage.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Flip Flops (Returns) Team at

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made in fulfillment.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Clearance or final sale items.
